Moose Hunting
For the bow or rifle hunter seeking a challenging and rewarding experience, remote Wildewood on Lake Savant is one of Northwest Ontario's areas of high success. The season opens from mid September, with opening days varying slightly year to year. Lake Savant moose hunt accommodations are the same as for our fishing trips. Easy hunting area, no guide needed. - Complimentary orientation upon request - Hunt the most remote regions of Wildlife Management Unit 16-B - Moose hunting guests are also welcome to fish and hunt geese, ducks and grouse with the proper license.
