40 to 45 lb. Lake Trout have been caught and released. A 59 1/2 inch Northern Pike was caught and released. Walleyes over 35 inches and Whitefish exceeding 10 lbs have been taken over the years. These are fish of a lifetime!

The surrounding wilderness is home to black bear, moose, and the largest Woodland Caribou herd in NW Ontario.

Ontario Trophy Management Policy
Only one trophy fish per species (walleye, northern pike, trophy lake trout) permitted (all lakes). However, limits of smaller fish are allowed for eating and taking home.
